Do you have trouble falling asleep? Then you might be the perfect DeepSleep pioneer for this study. We're inviting people who have trouble falling asleep to take part in a two-night sleep study exploring how soft, ambient sounds may influence how quickly people fall asleep.
This study takes place in the Sleep & Memory Lab at the University of Amsterdam, where you’ll spend two comfortable nights, with 3 to 10 days in between. You’ll sleep in a hotel-like room with a great mattress and wear sleep-monitoring equipment during the night. Our research team will be there to guide you every step of the way. In the morning, you’ll be provided with towels and a shower to start your day feeling fresh.
You’ll receive €40 after completing both nights, along with a scientific personalized sleep report based on your own sleep data, offering valuable insights into your sleep patterns.
